Blended Finance Accelerator for Fund Managers (A4FM) is an initiative co-created with and funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC). The program is designed to support both newer and more established fund and asset managers to launch vehicles that present a risk-adjusted way for private investors to invest at scale by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and network support to accelerate EMDE investing and participation in blended finance. Linked to sustainability, the program embeds an integrated impact and gender lens across all activities. A4FM will provide three integrated forms of support: skill-building, catalytic grant awards, and on-going acceleration support.
To submit an application for A4FM's 1st Call for Proposal, please first create an account with Submittable or log in to your existing Submittable account. The deadline to submit a concept note application* is Friday, October 13, at 23:59 ET. More information on A4FM eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria as well as the process and timeline, can be found here.
*The A4FM team will review all concept notes and invite select applicants to submit a full proposal for consideration.
